Einwurf 2.0: Weiter werfen mit Kopfstand
Der hat den Dreh raus: Danny Brooks hat einen neuen Einwurf-Weltrekord aufgestellt. Er bediente sich der Flip-Technik, bei der er vor dem Abwurf einen Salto macht und seinen Kopf kurzzeitig auf dem Ball abstützt. Die neue Bestmarke von 49,78 Metern übertraf den alten Rekord von 1998 um 1,61 Meter. Brooks ist Sportlehrer an Brooksbank School Sports College in Elland (England).
